- Jason Harper – Creative Director, Owner
Current work includes significant number of graphic and web design projects for a variety of local, national, international companies as well as public sector organizations across Canada. His work has been featured in numerous publications, in both online and offline media and in many magazines including Design Magazine. Jason is currently training and mentoring three junior independent designers to round out Strongvine’s creative services team. Clients of note include Appletree Medical Group, Ottawa International Auto Show, Hilton Hotels Ottawa and Toronto, Canadian Breast Cancer Network and the Canadian Nurses Foundation.
- Dave Woodbridge – Lead Developer
Dave is a 20-year veteran of the technology biz: a decade building and repairing computers, another decade networking them, and for the last 8 years he’s been coding, publishing, writing, managing, and consulting on WordPress and other content-managed websites. This gives Dave an unparalleled depth of knowledge in the industry, he combines this with a deep understanding of social media and online marketing techniques. Dave brings to Strongvine the latest, cutting-edge web technologies and, in between camping and ski trips, he can always be found experimenting with the last web concepts on his pet project, OutdoorOttawa.com.
- Penelope Xidous – Designer
My passions in my life stem from various things. First and foremost I have a natural inclination towards design and art. I have had this inclination since I was a young Girl. To my earliest memories it all started with my father buying an Nintendo for my brothers and me. My addictions to art began my thirst for creativity and eventually lead me to graphic design. The trend in design is that creativity tends to bring out the most powerful skills available in the graphic design market. I think because of that I’ve always been on top of the creative trends game. I went through my high school years actively learning fine art so that one day I may pursue a dream of becoming a professional graphic designer.
- Kensel Tracy – Strategic Planning, Marketing Coach
Kensel is a professional marketing coach with 30 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, communications and partnership marketing. As a former Managing Director of Byward Marketing Group, (Ottawa) Managing Director of Octagon Communications and Acart Communications (Ottawa), Kensel has setup and/or managed various creative shops and has carried out a cross section of advertising, marketing, communications and sales promotion campaigns for a variety of branded retail companies and products, private sector organizations, tourism and events, public sector and association clients. Specialty areas include: Advertising and media, creative marketing, sales promotions, communications and strategic planning.

- Jo-Ann Oosterman – Creative Writer, Designer
After graduating from the Advertising and Promotion Program at Algonquin College, Jo-Ann spent 14 years working in the graphic design industry. It is here she learned the value of good writing and clear communication. After obtaining a BA in Psychology at University of Ottawa, and spending several years working in Social Services, her path has lead her back to the world of design and reactivated her passion for the written word.
- Chantal Sarkisian – Project Management
Chantal has been on the Communications, Marketing and Public Education team at the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecolgists of Canada for over three years. Over this period of time she developed the skills of project management, process mapping, Social Media, Web, Publication production and Marketing which have exposed her to the exciting world of business and all the opportunities that come with it. Chantal believes a great deal in Networking and has embraced all the relationships she has built with the people around her. Her creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and action oriented style are what makes her strive for success.
